Smoothie Recipes

Berry Madness
•    1-2 scoops ProEnergy Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
•    1/4 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
•    1/4 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
•    1/4 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
•    Add ice for extra thickness

Kale and Pear Smoothie
•    1 (130 g) orange, peeled
•    1 cup green grapes
•    1/2 Bartlett pear
•    1 (120 g) banana, fresh or frozen
•    1 cup kale
•    1/2 cup water
•    2 cups ice cubes

Groovy Green Smoothie
•    1 cup grapes
•    1 banana, cut into chunks
•    1 (6 ounce) tub vanilla yogurt
•    1/2 apple, cored and chopped
•    1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves

Strawberry Peach Carrot Smoothie
•    1 fresh peach
•    1 medium carrot
•    6 frozen strawberries
•    1/2 container yogurt
•    1 tablespoon flax seed oil
