12 ounces of Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake:
·         1 Cup milk
·         1/2 cup silken soft tofu
·         2 tablespoons unsweetened natural peanut butter
·         1 tablespoon chia seeds
·         1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
·         1-2 tablespoons honey
