Sally's Pumpkin Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. room temperature cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp minced onion
  • 2-3 Tbsp salsa
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1-2 tsp minced jalapeno pepper
Preparation
  1. Mix together with fork or hand mixer
  2. Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap
  3. Chill in fridge for at least 3 hours
  4. Unwrap ball and roll in crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
  5. Press bell pepper stem into top
  6. Serve with black tortilla chips
